SoftShe Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At SoftShe, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. To ensure fairness, product hygiene, and transparency, the following Return, Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all orders.

A. COD Inspection Policy (Bangladesh Only)

Customers may open and check the product during delivery, before making payment.

Once the parcel is accepted and paid for:

  • Returns or refunds for “change of mind”, color preference, or dislike will not be accepted.
  • Only verified defective or incorrect products qualify for replacement.

This policy helps prevent misuse and ensures safe handling of our products.

B. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

SoftShe allows returns or exchanges only if:

  • The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, accessories, and packaging are intact.
  • There are no makeup, perfume, stains, hair, smell, or signs of use.

If any of the above conditions are not met, SoftShe reserves the right to refuse the request.

Exchange Delivery Charges

For exchange requests, customers must pay:

  • Return delivery fee
  • Re-delivery fee

Two-way delivery cost is mandatory for all exchange cases.

C. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hijabs, shawls, scarves (once packaging is opened)
  • Innerwear & intimate wear
  • Jewelry
  • Cosmetics & beauty items
  • Discounted, promotional, or final sale items

These items are final sale.

D. Refunds (Strict Conditions Only)

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged/defective item delivered
  • Missing item in the parcel
  • Product unavailable after payment

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Preference issues (color, size, design, etc.)
  • Minor variations from product photos
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Failure to provide required evidence

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via:

  • Bank transfer
  • bKash / Nagad
  • Store credit

Cash refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not available.

E. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product Claims

Customers must notify SoftShe within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, the following is mandatory:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • An unboxing video starting from the unopened parcel

Claims submitted without proper proof cannot be accepted.

SoftShe reserves the right to verify and investigate any claim before approving a replacement or refund.


F. Product Variation Disclaimer

Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or fabric may occur due to:

  • Lighting
  • Screen resolution
  • Photography
  • AI-enhanced visuals

Such variations are not considered defects and will not qualify for return or refund.

G. Order Cancellation Policy

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers who refuse COD parcels repeatedly may be required to pay full advance payment for future orders.

H. SoftShe Rights

SoftShe reserves the right to:

  • Reject return/exchange requests that violate this policy.
  • Decline service to accounts with repeated misuse.
  • Require advance payment for certain locations or customers.
