How to Use

🔥 Warm Therapy (Hot Use)

For relaxation and soothing comfort:

1. Soak the mask in gently warm or Luke warm water (Avoid hot water) for a few minutes.
2. Check the temperature to ensure it is comfortable.
3. Place the mask gently over your eyes or face.
4. Relax and leave it on for 5–10 minutes.

⚠️ Always check the temperature before applying to avoid burns.

❄️ Cooling Therapy (Cold Use)

For a refreshing and de-puffing effect:

1. Place it in cold or ice water, or keep it in the Normal fridge (1–2 hours) for gentle cooling or freezer (30 minutes) for intense cooling. Avoid deep freezing for long hours — extreme cold may damage the gel structure. 
2. Test the temperature to ensure it is not too cold.
3. Place the mask over your eyes or face.
4. Relax and leave it on for 5–10 minutes.
